biobeautyboutique.com delivers within Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Delivery is generally by Postal Service || DHL Green Delivery 2-3 working days into your Postbox. The risk shall pass upon delivery of the goods to the charge of the transport contractor to the customer.

2 Availability
biobeautyboutique.com can not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the offer. If an item is not in stock, biobeautyboutique.com will inform by e-mail the next possible delivery date. A partial delivery is possible and on costs of biobeautyboutique.com
Strong delay in delivery, the customer has the right to cancel the ordered product if he does not want to switch to an alternative.
The delivery dates stated by us are to be considered as guidelines only. Specifying a delivery to be reliable, but not guaranteed. In no case delays justify claims for damages or a right to withdraw the Customer's purchase agreement.

3 Prices
The final prices listed are in CHF and include VAT at the rate of 7.7%. Further details can be found on the product page.

4 Returns
When ordering goods from CHF 50 no shipping costs will be charged.
For all other shipments PostPac Priority will be charged for shipping and handling flat rate of CHF 9.95

Delivered in 2-3 working days. Delivered the next day.

With the handover to the delivery service, the risk of receipt is transferred to the buyer.
Deliveries with a value of goods below CHF | EUR 200 are sent without tracking and insurance.

Delivery takes place in 2-4 working days. After receipt of payment / order completion.

6 Exchange, Returns, Complains
Every order at biobeautyboutique.com is authoritative.
Exchanges and Returns of delivered goods are generally not possible, except by order of a derogation or damaged during transport supplies and goods products with errors.
Exchange, Returns and defects must be reported within 3 working days by e-mail after receipt of goods. After this period, the goods be deemed approved.
The right of return only applies to unopened original packaging. The return begins with receipt of the goods by the customer. This also bears the cost of return. Have you returned the goods within the prescribed period, the amount will be credited or refunded.

Cosmetics have a best before date wich is not a expiration date, it only meens that the products quality is fully warranted until this date when handling and warehousing are under best conditions and the product wasn't opened, and may be sold without hesitation until this date. Cosmetics are also marked with the durability icon it shows you how long your product will stay fresh after opening and start using. Additional to the best before date.
  2. Product Outerpackaging which is damaged by transport are excluded of returns.

7 Withdrawal

biobeautyboutique.com is entitled to withdraw from the contract if a supplier of biobeautyboutique.com can not deliver. The customer will be informed immediately about the non availability of the ordered goods and the fees already paid by the customer will be refunded immediately.

In Switzerland, the right of withdrawl only exists if the seller grants it on its own initiative. See 6 Exchange, Returns, Complains

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us customer@biobeautyboutique.com about your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement you may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standarddelivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will notincur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back thegoods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

No customer personal data which will be deposited by customers in the online shop will be relayed to third party. Excluded are data that are necessary for delivery.

The activities of shetime lifestyle is under Swiss Law. Jurisdiction is Horgen.
